INTRODUCTION

1. Faith and Belief

These beliefs bring a person closer to Allah and create perseverance in life.

2. Worship and Spiritual Growth

Ibadah means following Allah’s order and devoting one’s life to Him. Prayer, Fasting, Zakat and Hajj are the basic elements of worship. Prayer connects man with Allah, fasting creates piety, Zakat establishes social justice and Hajj is a symbol of unity. Through worship one gets spiritual training and helps to firmly adopt Islamic principles of life.

3. Ethics and Character Building

In Islam, it is important to live on the basis of good morals. Truth, trust, honesty, justice and patience are the main characteristics of Islamic life. The Prophet ﷺ said, “Indeed, I have been sent to fulfill the best of morals.” According to Islamic teachings, a person should keep his character high and treat people well.

4. Rights and Responsibilities

8. Patience and Gratitude

In Islam, patience and gratitude are considered among the highest qualities. It is commanded to be patient in difficulties and to be grateful for the blessings of Allah. Patience keeps a person steadfast in difficulties while gratitude brings him closeness to Allah. Patience and gratitude are an important part of Islamic principles of life that lead a person to success.
