1.Forehand grip
- We hold racket in our right hand.

- We use it to hit shots over the net.
- It helps to add softness and spin to the shot.
- We use it only for shots close to the net.
Incorrect Grip
- If we hold racket with too much pressure, we will not be able to hit the shot.
- If we hold racket in the wrong direction, our shot will go in the wrong direction.
- If the thumb and fingers are not in the right place, we will not be able to hit the shot well.
